A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for any changes or cancellations (for any reason) to your booking otherwise you will be responsible for the full booking fee. Any unpaid cancellation fees must be settled before your next session.
Please note: If you book a reservation less than 24 hours before its scheduled start time, the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies. By confirming the reservation, you agree to any applicable cancellation charges if you cancel after booking.

There is no smoking of any kind in our studio rooms.

Please reset the room prior to vacating. Ensure you stop playing with enough time to put the room back together and pack up before the end time of your booking.

Swapping gear from other rooms is not permitted. Be sure to book the room with the gear you're looking for.

There is a 2-hour minimum for more than 1 person. Solo musicians may only book 1 hour before 7PM unless you book the same day and we have availability 7PM-onwards.
