Early Arrivals
Please do not arrive significantly before your scheduled reservation time unless authorized by staff. Our space and parking are limited. Early arrivals may not be able to enter the facility or access rooms. Early access cannot exceed 15 minutes without additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time for cancellation or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable, and the full booking amount remains due.
By confirming a reservation, you are reserving dedicated studio time that is held exclusively for you, and you agree to pay for that time whether or not it is used. This includes partial use of time. If you book 5 hours and only use 3, the full 5-hour reservation is still billable. That time has been held for you, and we may have turned away other bookings to protect it.
Time is the name of the game here. Once it’s reserved, it’s yours, and it’s accountable in full.
Check-In
All guests must check in with staff upon arrival. Please do not enter rooms or let yourself into the facility without staff authorization.
Scheduling, Late Arrivals, & Overtime
Studios are booked on the hour only. Your reservation time includes load-in, setup, rehearsal, teardown, packing up, and fully vacating the room.
We do not provide buffer time for setup or teardown. While we may occasionally be able to accommodate flexibility, this should never be assumed.
If you arrive late, your reservation still ends at the originally scheduled time unless approved by staff.
If you are asked by staff to begin wrapping up, this means you must finish your current song, immediately begin packing up, and vacate the room on time. It does not mean starting another song or extending your session.
Overtime is not guaranteed and will result in additional charges if available and approved by staff.
Consistently exceeding your reservation time may require you to book additional time for future sessions. In some cases, we may determine that our facility is not the right fit for your group’s needs and decline future bookings.
Delays & Turnover
We do our best to keep the schedule running smoothly. If the booking before yours ends a few minutes late or your start time is slightly delayed, that does not extend your reservation or give you permission to adjust or extend your time on your own.
Please do not take matters into your own hands, start and end times are managed by staff to keep everything fair and on track for all guests.
We are accommodating and will offer make-good time or compensation when appropriate. That said, adjustments are handled at our discretion and in a way that keeps the full schedule balanced across all bookings.
Parking
Parking is extremely limited. A reservation does not guarantee parking.
Please plan accordingly and carpool whenever possible. Large groups should not expect every member to be able to park on-site. Our parking lot is shared with a neighboring business and staff, and may fill quickly during peak hours.
If on-site parking is unavailable, please use the alternative parking options provided or rideshare services. Allow extra time before your session to account for parking. Guests with accessibility needs have priority in our parking lot.
You must vacate the parking lot as soon as your session is over and your equipment is packed away. Those spots are needed to accommodate the next group. Please take your band meetings and hangout sessions elsewhere.
Respect & Conduct
Please treat all staff with courtesy and respect. We are a small operation and may have only one staff member on-site assisting multiple groups.
We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
Staff instructions regarding scheduling, room use, equipment, parking, and facility operations must be followed. If a staff member instructs you to wrap up your session, you are expected to comply immediately and respectfully.
Disrespect, hostility, harassment, refusal to follow instructions, or consistently poor attitude toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, permanent bans, or denial of future bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group at our discretion.
Equipment Policy
Equipment is assigned to specific rooms and must remain in those rooms at all times.
Gear may not be moved, swapped, or transferred between rooms. If you require specific equipment, please book the room that includes it.
Please take care not to remove or misplace small hardware such as hi-hat clutches or other accessories. If you realize something has been accidentally packed with your belongings and taken home, notify the studio immediately.
Drums deserve special attention. Playing excessively hard beyond what is reasonably required for rehearsal or performance may result in staff intervention.
Do not overtighten drum hardware or misuse studio equipment.
Any damage to equipment or misuse beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.
Room Reset
Please return the room to its original setup before your session ends.
If you move or disassemble any equipment including drum kits, cymbals, amp heads, cabinets, stands, or microphones, you are responsible for returning everything to its original configuration.
Restricted Access
Do not enter staff-only areas under any circumstances. Do not take any items from the equipment closet or warehouse that are not designated for guest use.
The fire door in the warehouse is not for entering and exiting. The door may only be used for loading in/out for those with accessibility needs or extensive/heavy equipment. Please do not use the door without first obtaining staff approval. This is imperative for the safety and security of all.
Common Areas & Congregating
Congregating in the warehouse is not permitted unless approved by staff.
Holding lunches, dinners, and gatherings in the warehouse during your session is not permitted unless approved by staff/availability permits.
Any gathering after your session is prohibited.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside any studio room. Cigarette butts, roaches, or any related waste must not be brought into the studio.
Smoking must take place at least 20 feet away from all doors, windows, and building entrances. Please dispose of waste properly and be mindful of neighboring businesses and shared spaces.
Personal Belongings/Lost & Found
We make reasonable efforts to collect and safeguard items left behind. Lost items are held for up to 14 days (2 weeks) from the date they are found if space permits.
After 14 days, unclaimed items may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.
We are not responsible for lost or unattended items.
Additional Policies
-
We may use surveillance cameras in common areas for safety and security purposes.
-
Intoxication, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity is not permitted on the premises.
Sound Bleed
This is an active rehearsal and recording facility. Some level of sound bleed between rooms is unavoidable and should be expected at all times. If your session requires complete silence for writing, acoustic performance, spoken-word recording, or critical listening, we are probably not the right space for your needs.
By booking with us, you acknowledge that some sound bleed is part of the environment. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued due to normal and expected noise from neighboring rooms.
Excessive Volume
The only volume any client can control is their own. All sessions must be conducted at reasonable levels that respect the facility, the equipment, and other guests.
Excessive volume will not be tolerated. This includes unnecessarily aggressive playing that creates avoidable wear and tear on studio equipment.
